This absolutely gorgeous pre-owned Sakae Trillogy outfit in Vintage Cream Oyster is available from Drum Hangs immediately.
 
These wonderful 3-ply Maple/Poplar/Maple shells with reinforement rings are made in Japan and they truly sing. If you love vintage drums but you maybe would prefer the reliability that modern fittings offer, then this Sakae could be the set for you. Sound-wise, think Ludwig mixed with Gretsch Broadkaster - punchy, fat, but ultra warm.
 
Once you get your hands on the drums, you'll be very impressed with how light they are; it's almost as though you're able to lift the bass drum with your little finger!
 
The drums are easy to tune up which is very convenient for quick head changes in the studio or live. The set comes equipped with a brand new set of Remo coated Ambassador's on the toms, selected as they seem to be the perfect compliment. You also get two tom arms, the legs for the floor toms, and also a set of cases which are a mixture of the hard & soft variety and will keep your drums perfectly safe.
 
This is a wonderfully versatile set with a 22" Bass Drum, 10" & 12" Rack Toms, and 14" & 16" Floor Toms; you'll certainly be able to cover all commercial music on this setup. The fittings are a pleasure to use, especially the bass drum spurs which have a real classic but roadworthy feel about them.
 
The Vintage Cream Oyster finish is gorgeous and has such a classic charm about it. Once again, if you love vintage drums, Sakae Trilogy's are a modern classic!
